Ratings and reviews

This is just way more tedious than renting from an attendant. There is no way to have an attendant unlock the equipment, and you HAVE to use the app at the kiosk. The app asks for an absurd amount of information that I do not trust it with, and makes the whole process annoying. This seems like a good solution to parks without attendants/rangers to help, but the fact that you are forced to use the app means that if you don't have signal or a phone then there is no way to get equipment.

Super easy to use- very user friendly! I'm super excited about using the app to find other kayaking locations as we travel around!
