Truly awful. Used to show my past trips as upcoming, now doesn't show my upcoming trip at all. I frequently get messages that the app is not responding when I have not opened it in days - and have restarted the phone. Locks up when trying to book multi-leg travel. Maybe it runs better on a desktop for the handful of people still in that environment. Concur is much better.

My company uses this. When everything goes according to plan, the app is serviceable but offers no real benefit over just going through airline/hotel/car rental websites but when things go wrong it's an onerous middleman. Maybe the accounting team sees value in this but as a business traveler it adds nothing of value. getting receipts and finding email communication from travel for expense reports is difficult. The feedback from coworkers have been universally negative

My experience was terrible. The app was displaying flight updates for flights that were no longer booked (Appears to not update if you change flights after booking). The app also continuously crashed whenever I tried to open the itinerary details. Possibly a fluke, but app seems to not work as intended. I will work with Melon in a web browser instead.
