About this app

Next POS is a complete point-of-sale and back-office system for restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies, retail shops and service businesses. It brings the till, the stockroom and the books into one application, on one screen, in Arabic or English.

At the till — A fast cashier built for real counters: barcode scanning, item tiles by department, held invoices, returns and exchanges, split and multi-method payment, customer accounts, shift opening and closing with a printed slip, and receipt printing to 80mm and A4 printers. Table and hall service, kitchen printing and order status are available for restaurant workflows; serial numbers, warranties and piece history for watches, jewellery and other high-value goods.

Stock that stays honest — Item coding with units, sizes, colours, barcodes and expiry batches. Stocktaking, transfers between stores, goods requests, damage records, reorder levels and expiry tracking — each with its own document, its own report and a full movement card per item.

Purchasing and suppliers — Purchase invoices and returns, supplier accounts and statements, landed cost, price lists and price recalculation.

Accounting, without waiting for an accountant — A real chart of accounts, journal entries, general ledger, trial balance, debt aging, cash and bank reconciliation, income statement and balance sheet — produced from the same invoices your cashier is already writing. VAT statements and e-invoicing support are included.

Reports that answer questions — Daily sales, sales by hour, top items, gross profit, food cost, sales comparison, customer and supplier statements, stock valuation and more — filtered by period, store, user, item or group.

Built for more than one branch — Multi-store and multi-device by design, with cloud sync, per-user permissions down to the individual screen, and a loyalty programme with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes.

Arabic and English throughout, with full right-to-left layout.
