Would put zero stars if possible. App has been down for almost 2 months. Considering this app is the way I make transfers to pay my loan payment, and probably many other users of this bank, this is absolutely outrageous. Cannot receive a password reset and couldn't even log in before that starting in the end of September/early October. Please resolve this issue!!!!

App rarely works, will often tell you that your password is wrong for no reason. Then it will force you to reset your password because you've entered the "wrong" one in too many times. The thumbprint log in is more reliable than the password Not to mention the issues with the bank itself. For the past few months my account balance has read $300 over what the actual balance was which is extremely confusing when in a rush

When it works it's fine, but more often than not the app will not let me log in to my own account despite putting in all the correct information. I have changed my password several times simply because the application seems to refuse to let me use the password I know I set it as most recently. It's a real pain sometimes.
