Cannot get into the app. Really upsetting! Says "A general error has occurred or your secure session has ended". Will not accept my password or fingerprint. Tried resetting password and but that failed as well. Apparently, I cannot be found. UGH!!! Used this app for so long w/o issues but now when I need to log in....I can't.

75% of the time this app will not open. At all. it gives a server error. It also will only display the 10 most recent transactions if you finally do get in. So you really begin question why they've made it this way.

It's confusing now and it shows stuff pending and doesn't take money out of account for over a week. It's just not as good as it was before. Before it was easy to use and understand. Wish they'd change it back to the way it was before. Dev's need to listen to the customer feedback and fix this app because it is unbelievably awful and inaccurate.😡
