Results are accurate. I've done actual layout of my floor tiles with 5-8mm spacing and this app is very close to the actual results. Take note that some brand of tiles are under sized so this app might help doing quick estimates for the nearest quantities required when buying tiles just put in some allowance and you will be fine.

It allows you to work out how many physical tiles you would need to fill a certain area, but not the total square surface area you want to actually tile, pretty useless to me. Not sure how it got such a high rating.

You said to somebody to missleading people with info because he said this app does not do more than a calculator. But he is absolutely right. I wonder if you ever intall a single tile or even talk to someone who was able to explain to you its a "little bit" more tricky than to calculate tiles than divide the area sq size by the tile sq size.
