I can't even get the app to load half the time. Phone is up to date and I've un-installed and reinstalled multiple times and all I get is a white screen with the WSFCU logo and then screen goes blank. Wash rinse repeat.

Half the time i try to login on the app my information is received as incorrect. Website works better than the app. App is more convenient, but only when it actually works. Constantly the app is down for hours after 12AM. To be fair, about half the time the app isn't functioning, neither is the online banking directly on the website. Who ever you have hired to fix bugs and manage the app/online banking needs to be fired.

Love being able to check my accounts anytime anywhere. I can transfer easily between accounts. I can check my autopay bills to see if they have cleared. It is so much easier to use the mobile app. Love it
