somehow they're the biggest losers in the world. they can't hire a single programmer that actually knows how to program. they let me get away for over a year with using the coupon code, welcome about a hundred times. they can't even program a system that remembers the username and password. this is so sad and pathetic that I've never seen such terrible service and they charge money for it. on top of that, like how despicable can you be and be such a screw-up and still think you deserve money?

edit: the app no longer lets you order anything because theres a mismatch in the order total and what the server calculated. -------------------------------------------- The customer service is really good, they'll reach out if something is unavailable to help you replace it. Just beware you'll be spending at least $10 in fees.

I just got frozen out of my account for unknown reasons. When I tried to get a new password for my existing account, it told me the email I used was "not in the system" yet when I tried to use that email to set up a brand new account, suddenly IT IS in the system. This update just screwed me over. fix this pronto, and I'll improve the rating...
