Assessors can use the app to:
- download questionnaires they have been assigned
- upload completed questionnaires
- create standalone EVM questionnaires for self-assessment or training purposes
- conduct health facility assessments
The EVM initiative, established by the World Health Organization (WHO) and UNICEF, provides national immunization programmes with tools to assess, monitor, and improve their vaccine supply chain performance.
