My Wi-Fi/data services is not working properly that is connected with my WhoopConnect account and it keeps getting disconnected at home an outside and it keeps saying network servers issues, and I'm not able to use my WhoopConnect devices. There's no way to resolve this issue thru the app and there's no customer support for help on the app. They need to update and resolve this issue to be able use my devices and they should also ad a ways to test that network data test.

ive been contacting (trying) Whoop, to no avail. been trying to tell them that my tablet sucks. doesnt do most if the specs its claimed to. wont auto capitalize, as you can see. usually picks the ketter next to the one i want. see, there is a k where an l shld be. no, i do not miss my mark. tons and tons if interuption ads taking over my screen,covering content & WILL NOT LET YOU X THEM OR SKIP EVEN WHEN YOU TAP THAT OPTION TAB . I DONT LIKE THIS TABLET. NO ONE WILL RETURN NY EMAILS.ALWAYS BUFRN

Yes they give you a discounted $11 tablet. Or a discounted phone... and free calling or data if you qualify... (medicare, medicaid, or food stamps (snap)). But they only warranty the devices for 14 days. customer service stinks. my touch screen stopped working had to call back 5 times to be told that I could purchase a new tablet for $50 (half price) or use SIM in my own unlocked T-Mobile device. 🖕 no way! And once I did it and had problems connecting rushed off call. "It will work sir"
