I can no longer buy tickets. It gets stuck in error after ticket selection. Before I didn't like the upgrade because it only supported PayPal (which I hate) but at least I could still purchase. Now the app is truly USELESS!!!!! Updates ruined a perfectly great app and turned it into a waste of space on my phone. I haven't deleted it because I keep hoping it will get fixed and I will finally be able to buy tickets again like before. Please fix it!

Every time I use the app to check which movies are available, it gets worse. Instead of becoming user-friendly, it's getting more complicated and slower every day. Honestly, the programmers or the company that owns it are incompetent, and to top it all off, it seems the database is being synced to the cloud, which is why it's so slow.

Everytime I got to the part where seats are to be selected the app logs me off (of course, not allowing me to finally buy the tickets). I'm very disappointed with this app, Caribbean Cinemas does a lot of advertising to it's costumers to use it.. and when you finally decide to do so, then you realize is a waste of time and efforts.
