cannot connect to my wicked 300 earbuds. I tried to enter manually and could not find any earbuds, only items I will never purchase, but nothing for my audio needs. It does not list even 1 type of headphones or earbuds. This is a worthless app and they want me to continue using this. no way

app keeps crashing and says app had a bug. I emailed and was told to Uninstall the app and all associated data and boot device then reinstall, which I did but app keeps crashing seconds after opening it. the app and locator feature was the reason I bought the product and I don't know if it has to do with the harmful frequencies from every other device in my area, the wireless earbuds has alot of interference, not saying it's the product but the fact of so much interference is concerning.

Other Bluetooth device apps: Connect device, change settings. This app according to instructions: scan for device, doesn't work. Rename, disconnect and unpair earbuds, turn off Bluetooth, restart ear buds, close app (in the middle of reading the instructions), turn on Bluetooth, reopen app, then it just scans again and still doesn't work. And this is with Wicked brand earbuds, they made a whole app that ISN'T COMPATIBLE WITH THEIR OWN EARBUDS. Worthless.
