While I love this laser and everything it can do I don't like the fact that you have to have the app connected to it at all times to get it to function. Why is there not an automatic setting on the laser to go through the show or just shoot laser beams at the disco ball or something? To have to have a phone or a tablet attached to the device via cable or WiFi at all times to get it to function is quite annoying. If there is something I'm missing please let me know and I'll update my review.

Crashes all the time, won't import svg files makes my laser unusable unless you want to just project standard gallery. Come on guys sort it out, £650 for an amazing laser with glitchy software is like having a ferrari with out an engine. Update 27.9.20 still major glitches, today it was working fine. Then in the middle of an event just stopped recognising my phone or computer.. lights on but no one home..how does it keep doing this? I've download updates on pc and android.. #notsowickedlasers !

Initially there was some teething problems with the app which was very frustrating, BUT !! The customer service is impeccable and the team communicated well, very informative and went above and beyond. Thank you everybody at WickedLaser! Once you get this Laser going you wont be dissapointed.. The only hope i have is they continue to monitor any app issues and keep on top of this. Thanks again, I can now say the price tag for the 2W model was well worth it !!
