The End of Shift Checklist app is purpose-built for communities using Wicked Smart Pads. It gives care staff a simple, tablet-friendly way to review and submit all shift activity related to pad usage, including incontinence events, device status, and pad changes.

Each shift’s data is pulled directly from the Wicked Smart system so staff can see every room, confirm bad or offline pads, document reasons for delayed responses, and submit the completed checklist in seconds. Color-coded icons and a progress bar make it clear what’s done and what still needs attention.

Smart notifications remind staff to complete their checklist near the end of their shift, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. All information is securely logged and synced to the organization’s back-end for reporting, auditing, and performance tracking.
