Our community notifies you daily of incidents in progress, such as harassment, theft or physical aggression. So you can take steps to protect yourself and choose a safer routes for walking with our pedestrian navigation, powered by user feedback.

In some cities, Safetymap can now guide citizen to nearby shelters. So you can take shelter in case of danger.

seems like a worthwhile idea but when trying to access various cities in my surrounding areas such as St Louis indicated that there were no incidents. the local news contradicted said app. I checked other cities and incidents were not coming up at all. so, I guess the world is a safe place?
