[Accessibility Service Usage Guide]
SmartChecker Remote uses Android's AccessibilityService API to provide remote support functionality.
The AccessibilityService is used for the following functions:
Transmitting the remote user's touch input during remote support
Handling remote keyboard input
Automatically executing on-screen interactions
This accessibility feature is only activated when the user initiates remote support and is not used for any other purpose.
You must access the web console with an authorized account and ID to control the Android device.
The Android app also requires a license key and authentication code to remotely control the screen.
After installation, user consent is required to remotely control the screen.
SmartChecker Remote uses the AccessibilityService to:
Does not collect personal information
Does not store or transmit user data to external parties
Does not use it for advertising or tracking purposes
Users can disable the AccessibilityService at any time in Android settings.
