The Home NetWerks Connect Smart Home App enables the set-up and control of the Home NetWerks Connect Alexa Bath Fan, as part of the wider Amazon Alexa Voice Control product eco-system.

The Home NetWerks Connect Smart Home App lets you; group and ungroup Wi-Fi enabled products, manage content, control volume and more – or alternatively once set-up, simply ask “Alexa” using your voice to control the speaker.

The Home NetWerks Connect Smart Home Fan product lets you enjoy listening to music from streaming services and online radio without needing to connect your phone to the speaker. As with any other Amazon Alexa Smart Speaker you can just use your voice to access a world of entertainment and information.

Well at least I can control the fan directly through Alexa now, but the reliability is just really poor. If I build a routine, and it triggers the light, I can set the power, brightness, and color in one action. But, more than half of the time, the fan will turn on and the color will be set, but the brightness won't adjust. So I have to add another action to adjust the brightness, but if I don't add a short delay between those actions it still might not work. I can't trust this thing.

The app works fine but the device keeps resetting to factory setting -- for the 5th time!. Otherwise the app could be rated higher. If the device does not respond after pressing a button to turn on the light or the fan, and you press it a second time, it resets to factory setting. That's only supposed to happen if you press and hold the button for 7 seconds. Drives me crazy!

Edit: My original review was saying that this app was worthless, and would not connect to the vent fan, and it wouldn't, so it wasn't completely untrue, however, I found the actual issue, which was with wifi, so I felt like I needed to update this review. The app actually does work well, and if you can't get it to connect to the mirror, it could be another issue.
