I recieved a new iLive platinum speaker for Christmas. This app is required to set up the device. It drops constantly to the point it took me three painful hours to even connect it to the wifi. connection to Amazon has proven even more troublesome. would not recommend app or products required to use this app!!!!! 🤯 Update Jan 7.... App was updated in last two days and is functioning as advertised. previous issues have been resolved and device is acceptable. Hopefully it stays that way.

We had a very hard time connecting our conciere Alexa to our Wi-Fi so we took it back and I went online and looked for options for routers for receiving the connection and wanted to add 2.4 to a 5-point routers. we are adding dual routers.but I went to set it up before the technician came over and the new Amazon concierge that we bought a week later set up right away immediately no problem to wifi and bluetooth. Love it prefer this over the Echo cuz we can take it outside

Horrible connection instructions, and they are not finished. The instructions stop after the 3rd. Step and you have no way of finishing the connection with your speaker. This is a Horrible App and their devices are useless without connecting to the app. WICH DOESN'T WORK!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!! They don't even deserve a star....
