About this app

WiFry is a zero-server network guardian. It blocks internet access for the apps you choose and rings an alarm the moment your connection drops or comes back. Everything runs on your phone. No account, no analytics, no traffic sent anywhere.

ON-DEVICE FIREWALL
Cut internet access for any app with one switch. WiFry uses Android's local VPN interface to discard that app's traffic before it leaves your phone. Your IP address does not change and nothing is routed through a remote server. Apps you haven't blocked keep working normally on Wi-Fi and mobile data.

NETWORK SENTINEL
Get a loud, full-screen alarm when your internet connection is lost or restored, even when the screen is locked, the phone is on silent, or Do Not Disturb is on. Dismiss or snooze from the lock screen, the notification shade, or inside the app. Choose whether to alarm on disconnect, reconnect, or both, and tune the delay so brief signal dips don't trigger it.

FOCUS PROFILES
Schedule app blocking by time and day. Profiles run on their own and survive reboots.
