App didn't add my manual tip amount when I paid. Did a second transaction to pay the tip, app didn't accept my manual entry again. So I ended up paying the full price for the order twice, had to do a third tap & go payment just to get the waitress a tip. Phoned customer support, was asked to send an email, did so, got nothing, not even auto reply. Waited 2 weeks, emailed again, still nothing. I won't easily be using the app again, because it seems like it's just a convenient way to scam people.

The morning I tried to order ahead over the app at a Mugg and Bean on the go. The app does not load the On The Go locations and I was unable to place an order, despite having data and full network. I then went to the Mugg & Bean on the go shop and tried to pay with my rewards. The app took all my rewards and subsequently did not authorise a payment for a coffee at the till. The rewards, to begin with suck, and once I use the rewards it does not even work.

scam..... please be aware. Offered a free coffee subscription and was not given an option to pay with loyalty money deducted from my card... very upset I was offered a free coffee subscription, but it did not provide me with the option to pay using my loyalty points. Instead, it automatically deducted money from my account. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Regards, Amelia
