Have tried to use app twice on different occasions and it did not work. The first time used the order ahead, when I got to Mugg and Bean, I found out order was cancelled on app, citing that mugg & bean was out of an ingredient. Upon enquiry, the restaurant was able to fulfill the order no problem. Today, I tried to redeem voucher for free coffee and pay from app. After multiple attempts, I ended up paying via speedpoint for my order. Does the app not allow debit cards ?
