The morning I tried to order ahead over the app at a Mugg and Bean on the go. The app does not load the On The Go locations and I was unable to place an order, despite having data and full network. I then went to the Mugg & Bean on the go shop and tried to pay with my rewards. The app took all my rewards and subsequently did not authorise a payment for a coffee at the till. The rewards, to begin with suck, and once I use the rewards it does not even work.

App looks great, but using subscriptions is a headache. Somewhere between the App, the system connecting the M&B's kiosks, and their untrained staff, I have had to pay for more coffees than I managed to use my subsriptions credits for. As it is, my subscription expired with credits left which I couldn't use. Staff (at 3 different M&Bs) were never interested in assisting, and when I complained to M&B headquarters, their answer was: "We hope you won't have the problem again".
