App didn't add my manual tip amount when I paid. Did a second transaction to pay the tip, app didn't accept my manual entry again. So I ended up paying the full price for the order twice, had to do a third tap & go payment just to get the waitress a tip. Phoned customer support, was asked to send an email, did so, got nothing, not even auto reply. Waited 2 weeks, emailed again, still nothing. I won't easily be using the app again, because it seems like it's just a convenient way to scam people.

More often than not I am not earning my loyalty points, even though the bill scanned. Also the transactions usually don't go through if you add a tip. Without adding a tip it works, but you're still lucky if you earn your loyalty points. I have written numerous emails to the Support, but simply get ignored. Don't offer a loyalty reward, is you can't provide it.
