With the new update the app's interface is user friendly and I like the fact that you see the value of your points. On top of it, the points reflect almost instantly when you scan the QR code on the till slip or when making payment through app. Very nice app compared to others

Decent experience using the app for the first time. However, it did not provide the ability to add sides like chips etc. Would've given 4 stars if the order history screen worked.

App takes a long time to use - causes queues at tills at OTM. I am now trying to renew my subscription and when I click on the subscription I want to buy; nothing happens. The app offers nice prices and specials but needs to be more user friendly.
