Wild Apricot helps associations, nonprofits, and other member-based organizations simplify event, member, and website management. After setting up a Wild Apricot account, you can use the Wild Apricot app to manage your members and events.


The initial version of the app includes the following features:
• add or check in event attendees
• add or modify members and other contacts
• approve or reject pending memberships
• archive contacts or suspend membership
• search for contacts
• record manual payments
• accept credit card payments via Square POS

For the full range of Wild Apricot functionality, including the ability to design your website and set up events, log into your account from a browser.

Ratings and reviews

There currently appears to be a bug, maybe from a recent update. Text is showing up white on a white background, so not all fields or text are visible on Android. After clearing the cache and data as well as reinstalling the app, the result is the same. Affecting login details, title when creating an event, etc. Please fix this!

The email subsystem is quite good but the rest is generally a mess. There is a lot of unnecessary duplication. terminology is outdated "recurring" rather than "autopay" for example. The security is confusing and weak. Simple transactions take multiple screens. admins have only limited ability to control interfaces. You get a list of renewal dates from a fixed list, e.g. 15th of March (can't be the 16th though). overall an antiquated system.

The WA android admin app is not linking with Square POS. I'm using Google Pixel 6 Pro, Android 13 - and the app would not work correctly. It did work with an Ipad with no problem. WA tech support was not helpful, a little argumentative as if I was downloading Square incorrectly like I don't do stuff like this on a regular. I was not the problem, and had used it in the past. Then they did not follow up. I knew they wouldn't be able to help but how about report the issue to look into it further?
