extremely bad policy, no refund from your WB card to your bank. when you place an order it gives you an error, the next day yoy get a notification to pay for an order you didn't make! if you need to cancel it you'll pay cancellation fees!! extremely bad policy, they just need your money, they'll never return or refund it. there's no customer service on the application, only AI answers and forums. keep in mind they're more expensive than ozon, they have slower delivery time than other competitors

I bought a new sim card and the previous user might have had his account in negative balance but since the number belongs to me , I can't use wildberries due to wildberries' policy . Another number of Mine is blocked , also due the previous owners mistake. ! I can't contact the support too. ! worst customer service.

The customer service is absolutely terrible. They can keep postponing delivery to the "next day" for weeks without providing any adequate explanations, and no one actually looks into cases involving unscrupulous sellers.
