Ratings and reviews

The customer service is absolutely terrible. They can keep postponing delivery to the "next day" for weeks without providing any adequate explanations, and no one actually looks into cases involving unscrupulous sellers.

They are not delivering and at the same time not allowing to cancel the order which already payed. They just keep changing multiple times the delivery date and not allowing to cancel.

Too many notifications and also doesn't work while VPN is active. Not user friendly.
