Wildix Collaboration Mobile application brings UC services to your Android device allowing you to make and receive calls via your enterprise Wildix PBX, to chat in real time with all the users of the system and monitor their presence status.

Been using this app for several months now. Great way to keep all our clients info, make and track phone calls (which employee made a follow up call, to whom the call was transferred etc.) One glitch we continually have, the system doesn't let me "park" (put on hold) or transfer calls (sip error) to the company's credit, they are quick to respond and fix it. Thanks

It has beena disaster for a long 5 months. I had Ooma before and the texting on that app was so much easier and intuitive. Wildix requires that you put a +1 in front f a text message, which is a burden. Then, if you add contact names to numbers you still can't search by name simply by typing it in for a text message. When you type a name in, and hit it it only makes a phone call. Really annoying when I'm texting at 1AM and it calls the person!! Texting multiple people is so difficult! This sucks

Not quite sure why but half my calls I can hear but they can't hear me. This can be back to back calls so not like I'm leaving the app. Most calls are ok, occasionally you get the robot voice and it really can be hit by a small WiFi change. Would think this is likely a packet size thing for quality. There are plenty of internet voice apps. How do they do better?
