This app goes from being "ok" to "poor" on a regular basis as new updates are pushed out. As of the last update on 4/18/2019 I can no longer answer calls. The app opens, displays the incoming call but when you tap to answer it hangs and the phone continues to ring. I've found that I can answer from the Collaboration browser extension so I've reverted to doing that for the time being. It's very frustrating when things are working and then an update comes along and creates a new issue.

Hi Scott Reed, could you please capture logs when an issue happens and provide logs to android_feedback@wildix.com. (How to capture logs - https://confluence.wildix.com/x/7gFuAQ). Unfortunately, we can not reproduce this issue and log will help us to fix issue faster. Thanks for feedback.

Overall has good features but very buggy. Throughout versions, call audio goes between speaker and Bluetooth intermittently, so I have had important or sensitive information suddenly play out loud instead of in my ear. This is more pronounced in the new update. Now if I have call audio set to my Bluetooth, when I make a call neither works properly and I have to fully turn off Bluetooth for the other person to hear me. Incredibly frustrating and an unprofessional face to present to clients.

Been using this app for several months now. Great way to keep all our clients info, make and track phone calls (which employee made a follow up call, to whom the call was transferred etc.) One glitch we continually have, the system doesn't let me "park" (put on hold) or transfer calls (sip error) to the company's credit, they are quick to respond and fix it. Thanks

What's new

What’s new:
- Increased the number of Function keys that can be used in Collaboration app on mobile from 20 to 40.
- Fixed an issue, in which ACL permission “Cannot use” - “Contact center” was not applied in the mobile app.
- Resolved an issue in which the app continuously displayed the Connecting state on Android 13.
- Fixed an issue in which the user got “Authentication failed” error when trying to test push notifications.
