Wild Candy Dreams is a tap to clear puzzle set in a night sky made of sweets. There is no swapping here. You simply tap any group of two or more touching candies of the same kind and the whole group disappears at once, while everything above it drifts down to fill the hole. The board is eight columns wide and ten rows tall, so groups can grow surprisingly large if you plan the order of your taps.
Scoring rewards patience. A pair is worth very little, while a group of eight or nine is worth many times more, so it usually pays to open a colour up before collecting it. Clearing five candies in a single tap leaves a dream star behind, and tapping that star sweeps an entire row and column away. Clearing seven leaves a comet that removes a wide square around itself. Setting off one of these next to another is the cleanest way to finish a difficult quota.
Every chapter asks for three quotas at once, shown along the top of the board, and gives you a limited number of moves to fill them. Later chapters ask for more of the rarer colours and give you fewer moves, so the order in which you attack the board starts to matter a great deal. Two helpers are on the dock: a wand that removes a single stubborn candy anywhere on the board, and a mix that rebuilds the layout when nothing useful is left. If the board should ever run out of groups it mixes itself automatically.
The dream journal keeps your totals, the awards screen tracks eight long term goals, and a local ranking board places your best run against a field of rivals.
Everything runs offline with no account, no purchases of any kind and no adverts. The settings screen holds a single control that erases all saved progress if you want to begin the dream again from the first chapter.
Tap groups of dream candies, fill the chapter quotas, wake up a champion.
