This is simply the worst transportation app I've ever used. It is nonfuctional. Advertisement at beginning has no visible "X" to close. Crashes often. Map display is difficult to see bikes due to icon size. Often says "unable to return bike". Worst, there is no warning when you are outside of the delinated zone of use so you will be surprised with a massive charge at the end of use

The app is a disaster. Incredibly slow, crashes all the time. Bikes are badly maintained. None of the electric ones work (does anyone charge them?). Doublecheck all important functions of the mechanical ones before using so you don't find yourself without brakes or without a chain. Overall, though, I still use it because there just isn't any other bike rental scheme (ecobici is unusable for foreigners over long periods).

This service is not ready for prime time! 1) Bikes are often not where the map says they are. (When mentioned, customer service rep said "the location on the map is within one or two streets.") 2) Often bikes are "unavailable" on the app when scanning. (App doesn't make unavailable bikes invisible on the map.) 3) Many bikes are in disrepair. 4) There are no electric bikes anywhere. 5) Sometimes you can't end the trips, counter keeps going. 6) They won't refund any money left on account.
