William Penn Mobile Banking is available to all William Penn Bank customers who are enrolled in Internet Banking. To enroll, please visit our website at willpenn.com. If you have any questions, please call us at 800-845-3577, or stop by any of our local branch offices and we’ll be happy to assist you with the enrollment process.

Would have rated 5 stars, except: * Site lags at login * After I am logged in, it forces me to log in again to pay my bills. * Once in bill pay, defining payees is cumbersome on the mobile app. * Unable to enter Memos on the Mobile Bill Pay. In short, I find mobile banking on other apps easier to use and more user friendly that William Penn. Looking forward to upgrades and better features and performance. No issues with the bank itself.

Wanted to deposit check via phone. Took picture of front and then said accepted but then Circle kept spinning preventing me from taking pic of rear of check. Took me about 20 minutes and tried 7-8 times before allowing me to finally take photo of back. Not sure why it accepted front photo but not enable me to take rear pic as Circle kept spinning. Doesn't have some features of the national banks but I still prefer my local. App is easy enough to use and keeps transaction records for a few months
