EVnSteven (Even Steven) makes it easy to track and manage EV charging at regular outlets in apartments and condos.
Rather than investing in expensive networked charging stations that come with monthly fees, internet requirements, and payment processing charges, building owners can use existing 120v (Level 1) outlets or set up affordable Level 2 chargers. The app tracks how long each user charges their car based on user-reported check-ins and check-outs.
This system does require some trust. While some building owners may fear users being dishonest, the reality is that the risk of someone stealing small amounts of power over long periods is impractical and easily detectable through spot checks. If you can trust your residents, EVnSteven will work for you.
