About this app
Willow Notepad brings everyday notes, private photos and private chat together in one app.
EVERYDAY NOTES
Write notes and checklists, pin important items, search and browse by date. Use notes offline without signing in, or sign in with Google to sync them to your Google-linked Willow account.
PRIVATE PHOTOS
Take photos or import pictures into an encrypted on-device gallery. Swipe, zoom, export a copy and select multiple photos to delete. New photos are automatically compressed to 300 KB or less.
PRIVATE CHAT
Connect by ID or QR code for one-to-one and group conversations with photo sharing. Discover text-only Lounge rooms and choose your usual profile or an anonymous display profile.
PRIVACY CONTROLS
Protect your private space with a password and an optional screen lock. Leaving the app locks the private space and returns to Notes. Private screens block screenshots and hide content in recent-app previews. Create encrypted backup files protected by a backup password.
FREE AND SUBSCRIPTION
Notes, private camera and the on-device gallery are free. Subscribe to find new people and create or join new conversations and Lounge rooms. Free users can accept subscriber-initiated conversations and continue chatting in existing rooms.
US plans: $5.99/month or $49.99/year. Eligible accounts can start with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Google Play. Regional prices and eligibility appear at checkout. For ages 18+.
20 LANGUAGES
English, Korean, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai, Turkish, Dutch, Polish and Filipino.
After consent, note sync and password-encrypted private backups use separate files in your Google Drive's hidden app storage. Reports send selected messages to the administrator; anonymous profiles do not make accounts untraceable.
