BUILT TO STAY OUT OF THE WAY
No account. No sign-up. No ads. No in-app purchases. No permissions beyond the
camera. Open the app and it scans — there is no menu to learn and nothing to
configure.
YOUR SCANS STAY ON YOUR PHONE
Codes are decoded on your device. The content of a code — the link, the product
number, the text — is never uploaded, never stored on a server and never seen by
anyone but you. The camera finds a barcode in the viewfinder and does nothing
else; no photo is saved or sent.
The app records anonymous counts of how often it is opened and how often a scan
succeeds, so we can tell whether it is working for people. That data contains no
name, no email, no device ID and nothing you have scanned. The privacy policy
explains it in full.
