About this game

Willwe is an online employee-interaction tool that connects colleagues to each other for short gamified video chat sessions. Colleagues will play a game while seeing each other on a video panel. Their names and titles will also be on display.

Key goals:

-> Game time is short: 2-3 minutes in average. The focus is on having a large number of short interactions. The more mini-conversations are made between colleagues, the better the company goals are served.
-> During sessions three bits of information are constantly displayed: Face/Name/Title
-> There is no winning strategy in the game therefore no one gets frustrated. It is sheer luck that decides who the winner is. There is always a 50% chance to win or lose. To further eliminate the stress factor, contests can either be set on the highest number of wins or the highest number of played games.
-> The game itself is well known worldwide. No time is wasted on reading complicated instructions or lengthy rules.
-> Playing with another person each times makes the game interesting and fun again and again.
