About this game

888 is a quick contest between two heaps of dots.

Both sides flash their dots for a heartbeat and then hide. You tap whichever side looked like more. Since the flash is short, there is no counting, only a gut read of size.

Read it right to move up; read it wrong to lose a try. Gather the round's needed count of right reads and the level is cleared.

The heaps always differ by a fixed amount, so a true answer waits behind every flash. As the levels climb the two heaps grow nearer in size, the flash gets stingier, and both hold more dots, which is exactly when the eye starts to slip.
