About this game

888 is a follow-the-leader for your thumb.

The screen flashes a sequence of directions, lighting each one briefly before hiding it. You then reproduce the sequence by swiping, matching every direction in turn. The positions never matter; only the string of movements does.

Enter the full chain right and you clear the round. Miss a step and a try is spent, and the sequence replays from the beginning for you to learn again.

Length climbs from two up to eight, the reveal gets brisker as levels pass, and partway up the diagonal swipes are added to the plain up, down, left and right. Saying the directions to yourself as they flash is often easier than picturing them.
