With WIN-911 Mobile, you can:

- Monitor and interact with Alarms, Reports, and Team Chat from multiple WIN-911 systems
- Alert operators of Alarm & Report updates with push notifications
- Temporarily suppress notifications using Do Not Disturb mode
- View a summary of Alarms from a WIN-911 system
- View detailed Alarm information and history
- Communicate with Team members within the context of specific Alarms using built-in Chat
- Acknowledge Alarms (with optional comment)
- Request Alarms on demand by State, Severity, and/or Alarm Label
- View real-time process values and condition states using WIN-911 Reports
- View and Track when Team members have viewed and acknowledged alarms

Ratings and reviews

Not a very reliable source for your alarm system. Every time there's a windows update we have problems with the app. Then there's the connection to... notifications. There's no way to control that notification, and it notifys every device that is connected to your system at the same time regardless of the call out tree. We get connection to... alarms at least once a week sometimes multiple times a day! I recommend a phone call alarm for backup!

android version. cannot customize the notification. Zf6 occasionally need to shut down the app in order to compete the acknowledgement process it would be great if there was a widget for the watch

Has half the customization of the IOS version. I can't even change the notification sound. Now, every time I get a text, I get a mini panic attack that something is wrong at work. It's unacceptable that this app is so bare bones.

What’s new

Added support for Firebase Cloud Messaging HTTP v1 API.

Starting June 20th, Google will no longer support Firebase Cloud Messaging legacy APIs.

WIN-911 Mobile will transition to the new FCM API starting on June 17th, 2024. Android WIN-911 Mobile users must update their app prior to June 17th to avoid a push notification interruption.
