App used to function well, but not anymore. Just like Alex B., I can successfully log into account on laptop, but cannot log into mobile app. I receive 'incorrect username or password' error. I know credentials are correct, I just successfully logged in on another device! I am tired of changing password and getting locked out of account, so I will be uninstalling after submitting this review. 9/29/23 Reinstalled app. Problem still exists

Still can't open to do online banking. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled 3 times and it still will not open for me! so have no clue where my account is. Tried to call bank other day and there computers were down also so they could not even tell me how much was in my account. So I could even see what was left.

Worked great for years. Super broken after last few updates. Keep crashing on my fold 4 and ipad air. Great for years, idk what happened but the last 5 months it has been garbage. Uninstalled reinstalled. Works randomly.
