About this app

UptimePartner is the field operations app for Winday Associates' service technicians and sales staff. It puts every active job — service tickets, sales leads, AMC visits, onboarding — into one screen, and gives the team the tools to act on each one without leaving the field.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP

• See every job assigned to you in one feed — tickets and leads side by side, sorted by what needs attention first.
• Sign in by mobile number with a one-time WhatsApp code. No passwords to remember.
• Capture a new sales lead in under a minute — contact details, requirements, and GPS site location captured in a single wizard.
• Open a lead and walk through the Lead Update flow: visit site, upload BOQ, upload drawings, collect requirements, generate quotation, generate invoice, order material, generate delivery challan, add notes.
• Create quotations and invoices on the spot — line items pull from the shared Winday catalogue, GST calculates automatically, and the document mirrors into the company's accounting system on save.
• Tap any customer address to open Google Maps directions instantly.
• Get a live notifications feed from the office — new leads, new contracts, install requests, and job assignments arrive in Messages → Office / Admin as they happen.
• Stay in sync with the office in real time — new tickets and replies appear without pulling to refresh.

WHO IT'S FOR

UptimePartner is an internal tool for Winday Associates' workforce. Each technician and sales-team member is given an account by the office administrator; sign-up is not available in the app itself.

PERMISSIONS

• Internet — required to sync with the Winday backend.
• Location — used only when you tap "Capture Lead" to attach the site's GPS to the new lead. The app never tracks you in the background.
