App makes it hard to manage my daily energy consumption so I can save money and still hit the mandatory 1,000 kw per month (this activates a $100 bill credit). The app usually lags about 5-8 days behind, so you're not sure. Then you find out you have to use about 300 kw in a few days to get the $100 credit, forcing you to choose the credit over comfort. 🤮

I haven't had any issues with them apart from my bills being ridiculous at the turn of the year. I called in a wonderful Rep, assisted me in getting a better plan. So far, 3 months into this plan it's been gravy. I know Summer is coming up but I hope this plan will be a great benefit in controlling my liabilities .

This Company used to be a good electric provider. However, over the years they've gotten money hungry like so many. My bill was due only a couple of days ago and I'm already getting charged a 20 fee for disconnect notice on top of 10 late fee. bill was due 14th I paid today so only 4 days late
