Horrible unstable app. Freezes frequently and takes a while to load anything if it loads at all. When adding a new payment method I click save and nothing happens. I wait and click again and wait. I back out and it isnt saved. I just had to give up and use the website. What's the point of this app if it's unusable?

Don't click on the "view my bill history" button!! It will put some unnecessary pop-up on the screen and you will NOT be able to click it or swipe it away so you can continue what you initially came on the app to do in the first place...VIEW YOUR DAMN BILL HISTORY!!

Doesn't work at all, two late payments because of this broken app. Several updates and it still doesn't work. What are you developers doing? Fix it!!!
