I love being able to track my usage. This feature is very helpful. All in all, the app is very easy to use. Edited on 1-6-25. The app is fine. I found that my bill was outrageously high, and I discovered I am not alone in feeling that way. I switched providers despite the exhorbitant penalty I had to pay to break the contract.

Their practices are very misleading. This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. I have solar panels. When I switched to this company, my bill was higher than ever before. I was quoted one rate but was charged a whole other higher rate. They even charged me during a 4 day power outtage. When I reached out to address this issue. All I received was excuses. I immediately canceled. Then, of course, I had to pay a cancelation fee. I had to set up a payment arrangement. They harassed the whole time.

Trash app, most of the time it won't show my balance. I feel it's not the app that's the problem, it's the company that is the problem. Can't use the app, try to call can't get passed the automated answering service. The only way I know how much I owe is when they send me an email telling me I'm passed due. The monthly bills are extremely inconsistent as well. As soon as my contract is over I'm changing to a different company.
