Run the kitchen of a drive-thru. Cars roll into two lanes, and each car's order shows above it with a patience meter that runs down. Tap a station to start cooking. Before upgrades, the grill takes 4 seconds, the fryer 3, and the coffee and shake machines 2. Tap the ingredients in the shown order to build an assembled item, then drag the tray to the front car at the window, or tap that car. Fast service earns tips.
The game has 60 shifts in five restaurants of twelve: Highway Diner, Coffee Shack, Taco Truck, Noodle Window and Dessert Bar. Each restaurant has its own menu and its own kitchen upgrades. Every shift ends with zero to three stars. Shifts in a restaurant open in order, and the next restaurant opens when you have 20 stars in the one before.
A shift lasts 90 to 120 seconds of service. Between shifts, spend coins on faster stations, extra slots, patience décor and auto-helpers. A helper starts cooking at its station when cars still need more of that product than the station is making.
Speed Tonic makes every station cook 20% faster for one shift. You start with three, and you earn one for every five shifts you finish for the first time. Speed Tonic ×10 is a pack of ten tonics.
Before a shift, a short video can book the party bus: one large order of six items that pays five times the normal tip rate, once per shift. After a finished shift, a video can double that shift's coins, once per shift. Both offers are optional and labelled.
A tutorial with hand prompts teaches the first shifts, and you can replay it from Settings.
The game contains ads and offers in-app purchases. An interstitial ad called Shift break can appear only when you leave a shift result screen. It never appears before your fourth completed shift, never more than once every two completed shifts, and never less than 120 seconds apart. It never appears during service or in the upgrade screen. Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that removes Shift break ads; rewarded offers remain.
The game is for players aged 13 and over. It plays offline. The internet is used only for ads and for purchases through Google Play.
