FLY INTO TROUBLE
Somebody else's flying sword? It's yours now. Flying gourds, clockwork oxen, skyboats, even the Sect Leader's own ride: getting around is half the fun.
Wanted stars climb one at a time, up to five: town constables first, then enforcers and captains, and at the top the enforcement elders themselves, with skyboats joining the hunt. Get caught, pay the fine, go again. Want a clean slate? A bowl of Meng Po Soup in Fengdu clears your wanted level.
BOSSES WITH A STORY
Ox-Head and Horse-Face, Meng Po and the Ghost King, Xingtian and Taotie, Nezha and Erlang Shen... 21 high-level bosses speak their minds as their health runs low, change form, and unleash signature ultimates: shelter in the eye of the storm, turn your back on the Third Eye, don't answer when the gourd calls your name. Read the warning, dodge, strike back.
13 TOWNS, NINE REGIONS, PLENTY TO TASTE
From Tiandu City and Yunmeng City to Yumen Pass, Shuofeng City, Chiyan Town, Fengdu and the Southern Heaven Gate. Each of the nine regions has its own taverns, signature dishes and teas, and every town's weaponsmith its own wares: scimitars at Yumen Pass, Miao silver crowns in Baihua, ghost-market prices in Fengdu that change by the day.
FIVE PATHS, THIRTY ARTS
At Foundation, choose your path: Swordsman, Taoist, Body, Beastmaster or Demonic, each with six arts. Myriad Swords, Starfall, Cosmic Giant, Beast Stampede, Demonic Detonation: the further you cultivate, the bigger the show.
Three-boss halls, a maze, an escort, the endless Zhenyao Tower, a siege to defend the Peach Tree, and world rares you may never see twice.
RECRUIT YOUR OWN DISCIPLES
Any passerby might hide a Spirit Root. Take them in and bring them into dungeons: tanks hold the boss, swordsmen and mages strike, healers keep the party standing.
Back home, your peak floats above a sea of clouds, where your disciples train and farm.
ONE SECT, THREE GENERATIONS OF TROUBLE
You are the Junior Sister (or Junior Brother) of the Lingxiao Sect. In the story you also play your Senior Sister, out to get the Sect Leader's ride back, and the Grandmaster, fresh out of seclusion. Before he leaves, he hands you the gear of his own youth.
TAKE A BREATHER
Gather herbs, mine, fish, brew pills, forge and cook as day turns to night.
And somewhere out there, a frozen temple radiates heavenly pressure...
