About this app

WindRose turns the weather station you already own into a live dashboard you arrange yourself, with years of history, alerts on your phone and an assistant that answers from your own readings.

ONE APP FOR EVERY STATION
Davis WeatherLink, Ecowitt, Ambient Weather, WeatherFlow Tempest, Netatmo, AcuRite, Weather Underground and Windy, all in one place. Keep your console and your maker's app: WindRose connects alongside them, through your maker's account or straight from an Ecowitt gateway or AcuRite Access. Step-by-step guides for every brand are on windroses.world.

A DASHBOARD YOU ARRANGE
• Start from a ready-made board: Weather, Agriculture, Industrial, Solar, Marine
• More than 30 cards: gauges, wind compass, wind rose, forecast, sun path, rain radar, live sky, air quality, leaf wetness
• Photo or live-sky backgrounds, and a separate layout for the phone

• Wind roses for any period, wind speed, gusts and the Beaufort scale

ALERTS THAT WATCH FOR YOU
Set a rule once, like frost below 1 °C or gusts over 50 km/h. Every new reading is checked and your phone is told the moment it happens. You can also watch heat stress, air quality, leaf wetness, and the station itself going offline or running low on battery.

INDICES AND MODELS FOR WORK
For farms, worksites and environmental monitoring, with the methods named:
• WBGT heat stress (Liljegren model, risk bands per ISO 7243)
• UTCI thermal comfort, heat index, wind chill, dew point spread
• US EPA air quality with NowCast
• Gaussian plume dispersion, live and as a historic fallout map
• Leaf wetness and an infection-risk matrix

ASK YOUR STATION
Type or speak a question in your own language: "What happened yesterday at 4 pm?", "How much rain since the start of the month?". The answer comes from your station's own history.
