When I start the bike and the app for the first time on a new day, the connection between the app and the bike usually works smoothly. When I'm riding, the app always loses the connection to the bike, even though the phone is attached to the handlebar. To establish a connection, I usually have to close the app completely and do this twice. Then I can connect to the bike, but not everything is visible, so I have to close the app again and reconnect. No, I'm not going to write to customer service

Finds the chip, never connects. Edit: Turns out it's a Google Pixel issue with bluetooth. Still stupid to require an app purchace to function. Regretting purchasing this very expensive product. After trying it more, the app is a gimmick and the chip is poor. The custom tuning is useless because there are no numbers, just meaningless sliders. The assist cutoff is harsh. The displayed speed is wrong (despite them claiming the opposite).

I am having issues with the Bluetooth connection to the chip. The app keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. I was able to connect once but after that I am unable to connect. I tried to remove the motor cover and put the chip outside to see it this blocks Bluetooth communication but seeing same result .

Good morning, if you cannot connect please try this: close the app (kill it from the recent apps) and turn off the e-bike. Then turn on the e-bike, open the app and try to connect. Try it with and without the engine cover. If the problem persists you can open a ticket from our site: https://www.eplus.bike/en/ticket-submit/
