Ratings and reviews

The app is simple and reliable, although users should be aware of a few facts. The "buy now" option results in charges to your debit card immediately, by default there is no shopping trolley in which users can evaluate their planned purchases, as in practically all apps or websites I use. I found the info Chatbot not particularly helpful, and I don't find a phone number for a helpline. Nevertheless, the wine offers during the special events look very attractive ( haven't drunk them yet).

I've been really impressed with Winedrops. They have a great selection of wines, with plenty of bargains if you keep an eye on the daily offers. The app is easy to use, the prices are excellent, and I especially like the Daily Drop feature, which makes discovering new wines fun. I've picked up some fantastic bottles at great prices and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for good value and variety.

First attempt at ordering, whilst on a trial period to test reliability, was a bit of a shambles and the 6 btls of Whispering Angel I ordered (at what looked a steal at £13.99), somehow got lost in transit. This was very disappointing, however after several exchanges with Michael, I was sorted out a credit to the site. I decided to give it another go as I only had credit and not a refund. I have now received the order which was I must admit was at a good price.
