Incredibly poor service, unknowingly have been signed up for membership which they took £120 out of my account, refund requested and not heard anything back. Tried to cancel and they make it extremely difficult and bribe you to stay. To request refund you have to fill in a form with ridiculous questions like where were you when you purchased and what device did you use. Do not sign up!

An exciting way to buy wine. I’ve spent a bit of time using the Winedrops app, and overall I find it an exciting and genuinely convenient way to buy wine. The whole thing feels smooth from the moment you open it. Browsing is quick, the layout is clean, and it encourages you to explore bottles you wouldn’t normally come across in a supermarket. smooth UX easy to order wines for delivery. some doubts about discounts here and there. but what the heck. Fun app. Some great wines.

Really difficult to use and navigate, definitely not user friendly. The filters don't work and every time you make a selection the app sends you back to the start of the list so you have to scroll through again to get to where you were. Seems to take payment for each choice too instead of total at end. This app needs a lot of work.
