Updated: excellent technical support response, but limited features for WiFiRanger. Disappoints on my set up. Does a lot of start up gyrations to be little more than a web page portal. Poor support for WiFiRanger - no docs, FAQs, or other resources. The main reason in use this is because it is a more convenient way to access the device's web page. That said, I got an immediate response from tech support on my my issues, and will continue to use the product in hopes better future integrations.

Poor! The previous app worked fine!! Why do you need to connect to the internet to find Connect 2.0 on its Wifi that has no internet! Even when the winegard is selected at the last second, it does not connect. Update the older one that is for older Android versions, it worked! I am livid! Their response to this was completely unrelated to my issue, obviously they did not read thoroughly.

Back again to review. reviewed in 2023 and rv halo had been working great. Needing to add remote restart and remote software update. They need to allow membership to connect cellular remotely. Units hours away. Technology requires remote access. Doesn't do any good of you can't access it these days.
