Ratings and reviews

New app experience is horrible compared to the old one. Not only can you no longer access your rewards in the app but all of my rewards and points disappeared with the new update. You have to go to a separate website to access your points and all my previous history is gone. Ordering is also more difficult with limitations in options on the app.

Terrible App I not only lost all of my points due to the new registration after June 2026, but I can't duplicate any of my old orders because they limited the amount of sauces you can choose. I'm so annoyed with the app being so limiting, and this doesn't function like it used to. I won't order using the app. I lost all of my previous points, and the website said it would take up to 24 hours to update, but I haven't seen any of my points available.

Excellent wings, delicious food. Excited to try the pickle fries. Every single portion of our order was correct, which is quite unusual in today's world. Great job guys! Keep up the excellent food and service. Note:app wise..... when your ordering and click out of the app your order disappears. I didn't close the app completely, just pressed home and looked at a message then went back in and my entire order was wiped. That was frustrating.
