About this app

winipic OS is a mobile app for the in-house business system operated by Cielo Co., Ltd.

It is available only to employees logged in with a company-issued account and is not a service intended for general users.

■ Key Features

· In-house Chat

Exchange messages and files in chat rooms organized by team and task. It supports replies, saving messages, searching, and pinned messages.

· Push Notifications

Receive notifications for new messages and mentions even when the app is closed. Tapping the notification opens the corresponding chat room immediately. This is the primary reason for creating this app.

· Detailed Notification Settings

You can select "Notify All," "Mentions Only," or "Off" for each chat room, and you can configure notifications to be received only for messages containing specified keywords.

· Check Work Status

Check your assigned tasks, such as CS processing status, orders and deliveries, and member approvals, even while on the go.

■ User Guide

· Login requires a company-approved account, and you cannot create a new account within the app.

· Notification permissions are optional. Even if you do not grant permission, you can still use the remaining features normally. · Attaching photos and files is used only when sending files in a conversation.
