If you don't want to read this entire long review, then bottom line: THEY ARE AWESOME and DO YOURSELES A FAVOR AND DOWNLOAD AND USE THIS APP IF YOU GET A TICKET!! I used this app before a few years ago and they were able to dismiss several parking tickets I had! Now, a few years later, they are still dismissing my tickets for me! I am so grateful and thankful for everyone at the winit app and their team! Because of COVID my ticket was taking longer to process and I received a letter saying I would get a penalty....I was worried after reading some reviews that maybe my ticket got lost in their system and I would have to pay the penalty on top of the ticket fine...so I sent them an email and someone actually replied explaining that the time to get a court hearing date was taking longer than usual and they credited my account with $10! About a week or two later I then received an email saying my ticket had been dismissed and I only paid half (less than half really because of the extra $10 credit they gave me) of the fine! I am so happy I used this app and so happy with not only their customer service but all of their hard work they do so that they could help us dismiss our tickets! I really don't understand some of the comments that say their tickets were ignored and they were left to pay the fine on top of the penalty....I got worried at first when I read all the reviews but I was so happy when I emailed them and got a response back. Rest assured, they are working hard for you! Btw, I didn't even put an explanation when I sent in my ticket...I just sent my ticket with whatever info was required and that was it....and they still got it dismissed!

So far they have gotten most of my tickets dismissed. It's not cheap, half the fine amount, but only if they win. No cost from them if they lose. They track your case from submission to disposition and always keep you updated, so you don't have to do all the work of fighting it yourself (on top of your regular job). Great app to have in a city where cops often like to prey on working people.

I have just started using this app. The first ticket I tried to fight with winit was a success! It took a little less than a month for it to be resolved but winit won! It even shows tickets that cannot be fought. I was a little worried because I received a notice to pay the fine before a certain date, but I listened to winit and just waited on my results. When they won, it's like I never even got a ticket. I love this app, because they fight for me. I get too nervous if I'd have to go in person for a hearing. Love this app!
