edit: It finally let me download it and the app still sucks. The colors you pick on the app dont allow for full brightness. It's a horrific design. It wont even let me download the app. It will get to 99% then stop. I thought it was a storage issue so I went and cleared my phone but still no luck after many attempts on several days. I still thought it was something to do with my phone until I read the other reviews which are all poor, and then realized its likely the app itself.

I just received this set of light and they are nice but the app only syncs with my phone in the configured to the wall mount option but if I click on the Christmas tree then the lights are never synced. On Christmas tree mode the lights can't be discovered therefore the light patterns are different. I also can't find a way to run all the different patterns at random while using the remote.

I'm not sure what's up with all the negative comments. The app works beautifully..you can change the colors, and there's even modes that the lights move different ways. you can even change the color of every individual light ! there's a music option but there's only a select few the app has, but who plays music with the lights anyway. I love this app. easy and fun
