It's really not very bad, in my experience. Although I just have one curtain light string product. It doesn't get extra credit for being intuitive, but it's intuitive enough for basic operation. I was able to figure out the basics in 5-10 minutes, and it appears to have some custom creation tools, but that's not my forte. no major problems I couldnt figure out yet, though there's a bunch of Christmas and Halloween, couldn't find anything but a green heart for St Patrick's Day.

I just received this set of light and they are nice but the app only syncs with my phone in the configured to the wall mount option but if I click on the Christmas tree then the lights are never synced. On Christmas tree mode the lights can't be discovered therefore the light patterns are different. I also can't find a way to run all the different patterns at random while using the remote.

edit: It finally let me download it and the app still sucks. The colors you pick on the app dont allow for full brightness. It's a horrific design. It wont even let me download the app. It will get to 99% then stop. I thought it was a storage issue so I went and cleared my phone but still no luck after many attempts on several days. I still thought it was something to do with my phone until I read the other reviews which are all poor, and then realized its likely the app itself.
