About this app

Wink You KDS is the kitchen display for restaurants and cafés that run on Wink You. Put it on a tablet in the kitchen or at the pass, and paper tickets are gone.

EVERY ORDER IN ONE PLACE
Orders from the Wink You POS and the QR menu appear on the screen the moment they are placed. Dine in, takeaway, car pickup and delivery each look different, with the table number or car plate right on the ticket.

KNOW WHAT IS RUNNING LATE
Every ticket has a running timer. Orders that pass your target time are flagged, so nothing sits forgotten during a rush.

ONE TAP TO UPDATE
Start an order, mark items as done, and bump it when it is ready. The POS sees the change straight away. Bumped something too early? Recall it.

ROUTE TO EACH STATION
Send drinks to the bar and food to the grill. Each screen shows only what its station needs to make, with all-day counts so the team knows how many of each item to prepare.

CUP AND BAG LABELS
Connect a Bluetooth label printer and the KDS prints a label for every cup as the order arrives, with the guest's name, the item and your own message.

BUILT FOR BUSY KITCHENS
Large, clear tickets you can read from across the room, sound alerts for new orders, and a screen that stays awake during service. If the network drops, it reconnects on its own.

Wink You KDS needs a Wink You business account. Sign in with the staff login your manager gives you.
