Like every one else it seems, I've spent a bit of money on this equipment. At times it seems to operate acceptably, at other times quite unacceptable, that is due to absoluteness slowness to activate. I think this may be because of my decision not to use offered remote storage facilities. I intend to lay a complaint to the Co. that sold it to me. I think it could be a be a good product spoilt, perhaps by suspected greed. I'm not prepared to accept the offered remote paid storage facilities.

Remove the ads!! I sure as heck didn't pay $150 for a device to come with an app that has annoying, unskippable ads! To add salt to the wound you added the ads in without users having to update the app. Not a nice surprise. Remove the ads or I will refund my product. For an ad to pop up every time you open the app is extremely frustrating and annoying, it takes up time each time you want to use the app. I would rate 4 stars if it wasn't for the ad pop up as I get an error notification every day

Works very well. One update I would like to see is to be able to assign different sounds to events, ie one sound for movement but another for door knocker. I have false movement senses due to camera seeing cars on the road, so I have ignored the app when it was actually someone knocking. I record myself for other software, like "someone is calling" or "email" etc, so I would like to record "somones at the door". The app works well, images are fine. There is a delay but that could be my Wi-Fi??
