App looks better in comparison to the older app but it's still lacking some important basic functions such as : the ability to give nicknames to different accounts, control options for notifications, the, minimum and maximum balance alerts, and more little things which hold back the app. I hope the app will incorporate these features as it's updated.

I like the app, but could use some changes. I set up bill pay on the computer, and I can't see it on the app on my phone. The card or the app don't have tap and pay.

It sucks if you don't sign on regularly you can't sign on the app or website it's tells you that your password word is wrong and it's not and when you try to reset it won't you don't get the text or email your supposed to and if you call it's hard to get someone so you have to leave a voicemail and wait for a callback or go to the credit union and you can't call after 5:30 to get help and if I could give it zero stars I would
